Most of the issues get resolved within an hour. But in case it takes longer; our technician will inform you during the initial 15-20 min. They will give you suitable options and you can choose how you want to proceed. We charge $30 per 20 minutes after the first hour is over.
As mentioned above, most of the fixes are done in under an hour which leaves extra time. We encourage our customers to utilize that extra time in the best possible manner. You can ask our expert to perform a system health check or diagnose performance problems etc.
